• Credit card refunds within 5 days of purchase, delivery, or pickup.
• Store credit and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be in new condition with all tags and packaging intact. Pointe shoes must be unworn and not sewn. Tights and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
